A relatively new business since 2013, we are located in Brownwood, Texas but serve Central, North and West Texas areas as well.  We are design professionals dedicated to providing quality service at a reasonable price while adding value to the project through innovation.  Price is what you pay.  Value is what you get.

Janie Clements Industries, Brownwood (Current)

Owner: Central Texas MHMR

Services provided: Building burned in fall of 2016.  Design of all facilities inside of 19,000 sf building.  Design ongoing.

Services provided: Design and engineering services including detailed plans for the completion of the renovation of a historic building downtown including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.  Building permit issued by City of Brownwood on 01/20/17.

Service provided: Design of structural steel to replace wooden framing for “open concept” design.  Building permit issued by City of Brownwood on 02/02/17.

Pedestrian Study in Coleman

Owner: City of Coleman, Texas

Services provided: Evaluate and design traffic control devices for pedestrians near the High Rise senior citizens center.  Presentation given to City Council and approved by City Council in 08/16.

Joey’s Pizza Werks in Oberammergau, Germany

Owner: Mikael Bleslin

Services provided:  Site survey of future development of shopping center, grading plans, parking lot design and drainage.  Approved by Code Inspection on 05/13/16.
